This paper introduces a new pump-turbine system utilising two connected Tesla turbines. Most atomisation technologies require high power electrical pumps. A new modern approach is suggested, where pressure drop of a working fluid can be used to drive atomisation fluid suction. Herein a theoretically viable design is devised, along with a method of generating custom twin Tesla turbine system designs. Moreover, a practical and realistic prototype design is suggested, supporting this invention's real world implementation.
